It was clear that the hotel staff showed great professionalism and care towards us. the location was central and convenient, with free parking and garage nearby. Rooms were clean, tidy, and quiet, with a big balcony, and comfortable furniture. Breakfast included a wide selection of options sure to satisfy any taste bud. We loved how the front desk staff were fluent in English; they were very kind and accommodating.
The hotel's decor felt a little outdated, but the excellent quality of service made up for it.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cozy hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was professional and courteous, providing us with excellent recommendations for nearby dining options and transportation. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were impeccable, with a tidy and comfortable room with a small fridge to store our drinks. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. We especially appreciated the hotel's convenient location, within walking distance to public transportation, downtown attractions, and shops.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, which was a pleasant surprise. the location of the hotel was great - it was in the heart of the city and close to many attractions. the free parking nearby was very convenient.
The decor of the hotel was very outdated and the room felt tired. We had expected something more modern and updated for the price we paid.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the hotel's complimentary parking and the friendly staff. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city center and public transportation. The room was clean, with decent furnishings, and the daily housekeeping services were a plus.
the room was overpriced, and the temperature control was not ideal, making the room too hot in the morning after breakfast.
